Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

We hope you, your families, and your loved ones remain safe and in good health during this challenging time. We wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first are key. Our team is committed to staying healthy and helping our customers stay healthy, too. We apologise for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control and cause a bit of a wait. We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.


Carrier delays 
Due to ongoing COVID restrictions, our carrier partners are experiencing significant parcel processing delays; you can expect an average delay of 3-4 days beyond the standard delivery times for your area.

We are working very closely with our courier partners to make sure deliveries are made on time during the coronavirus pandemic. Our warehouse is working at normal capacity at this stage and orders are dispatched in time. However, due to the current situation in WA regarding COVID-19 and the impacts of the extreme weather and bush fire, some courier delays at this time are expected.
