When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification to advise you that your order is on it's way. The dispatch notification means that your order has been packed and is awaiting collection from our warehouse. Once you've received the notification, the shipping details such as the carrier, carrier’s website and the tracking number will be provided. You can use this information to track your order/s by clicking on the tracking link or in the My Orders section of your account.

If you have received an item that you did not order, or somebody else's order entirely, please let us know by submitting a request via the form above.

To confirm your exact postage costs, simply add your postcode in your Shopping Cart. Your postage cost will depend on a number of factors, including size and weight, your postcode, and where your items.

There are some cases in which maximum quantities per customer account are in place. In such cases, the product will clearly indicate it.

We always strive to offer the most competitive prices, but due to technical limitations and contractual agreements with our suppliers, price matching is not possible for us. We do appreciate your welcome feedback, and we’ll continue to find ways to offer the best products at amazing prices. 

We move fast to get our orders packed and dispatched as fast as possible. If your order hasn't already been packed, we should be able to cancel your order.

Please note that some orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been accepted by Retail Discount Store.

There are a number of reasons why we may have to cancel or void an order. Refer to our Terms of service regarding responsibility for unavailable items or cancelled orders.

We list a large range of stock, however, some product is ordered from the supplier on demand. From time to time suppliers will inform us that they are no longer able to supply an ordered item. Should this occur, you will be informed as soon as possible by email, and the item will be cancelled. 

Orders will be voided if they contain only deleted items, and customers informed as soon as possible via email.  A full refund will be made to the applicable payment source for any cancelled item(s) or order(s).
